Her academic journey began with a multidisciplinary undergraduate degree covering Western Music, Psychology, and English. This background established a strong foundation for her current interests, which lie at the intersection of literature, technology, and cultural studies.
Archisnata Chakraborty

Archisnata Chakraborty is currently pursuing her MA in English with Digital Humanities at CHRIST University, PLC. Her academic journey began with a BA in English, fueled by a lifelong passion for literature. Today, her interests span Film Studies, Gender Studies, and Pop Culture. For the Mapping Lavasa Archive, Archisnata contributes directly to the collection by recording audios, videos, and pictures. This work aligns with her strong interest in archiving, a field she plans to pursue as a future career.
Liya Maria Tony

Liya Maria Tony, is a student at Christ (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa. She is pursuing a Masters in English with Digital Humanities. She holds a Bachelors Degree in English and History Double Major. Her interests lie in the field of literature, history, culture and technology. Looking ahead, she aspires to pursue academia and research, contributing to the growing conversations around digital culture and the future of the humanities. She is also open to exploring opportunities in publishing, digital content creation, cultural research, and heritage management, where she can apply her skills and interests in dynamic and meaningful ways.
Mark Paul

Mark Paul is a postgraduate student pursuing an MA in English with Digital Humanities at Christ (Deemed to be University), Lavasa. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree and is interested in games, series, and anime as forms of digital storytelling. His work explores how technology and narrative shape human experience. Through the Lavasa Archive project, he aims to showcase Lavasa’s beauty, people, and stories to the world while contributing to both the Lavasa community and Christ University. He hopes to continue exploring digital humanities to preserve culture and inspire new ways of understanding it.
Krishna Pillai

Krishna Pillai is a student of MA English and DH. Having stayed in Lavasa for a year, she is amazed by the tranquility of the hills and the multicultural community there. She loves reading and writing. She enjoys learning about different cultures and how it transforms with the transformation of people. At the Lavasa Archive, she is a part of the archiving team, contributing by compiling stories and sounds from across Lavasa. In the future, she hopes to use her learnings from the Lavasa Archive for her interests in archiving, culture, and diaspora.
Rushda Siddiqui

Rushda Siddiqui, in her final year of MA English and Digital Humanities, reads fiction voraciously and writes with a keen eye for narrative nuance, she writes stories and articles that are as attentive to narrative subtlety as they are to human idiosyncrasy. Drawn to the cadences of Urdu poetry, the dramaturgy of Western cinema, and the echoes of history in storytelling, she is keen on exploring the ways in which texts, screens, and pasts converse, overlap, and occasionally collude to illuminate human experience.
S Sharankumar

Sharankumar is a student of MA English with Digital Humanities at Christ (Deemed to be University), Lavasa. His interests lie in different media through which stories can be conveyed and the tools used for them. His academic journey involves the study of narratives across various media and the effective use of digital tools to interpret them, and also to create. His area of focus includes the use of digital tools and media to structure a story with information and a Graphical User Interface. He wants to contribute to the users with this project by providing information about Lavasa that can be accessed in an engaging way.

Stephanie Anthony is pursuing her Master’s in English with Digital Humanities at Christ University, Pune Lavasa. Her academic journey blends literature, technology, and creativity, enabling her to explore innovative ways of interpreting spaces. With interests in digital mapping, storytelling, and cultural documentation, she aims to understand and represent Lavasa’s architectural and natural beauty. By using digital tools, she hopes to create archives and interactive maps that preserve Lavasa’s identity while promoting its innovation and sustainability. Stephanie envisions contributing to Lavasa’s future by making people aware of its charm, culture, and potential beyond its picturesque landscape.

Sreetirth K. K. is a Master’s student in English with Digital Humanities at Christ (Deemed to be University), Lavasa campus. He completed his secondary education in Computer Science and pursued his undergraduate studies in Integrated English with Education. His interests include digital archiving, digital media and the ways in which literature is represented, preserved, and reinterpreted in digital media. Through mapping Lavasa, he aims to gain hands-on experience in documentation, digital preservation, and the use of digital tools to represent spatial and narrative dimensions.

Swetha is a literature student pursuing her Master’s in English with Digital Humanities at Christ (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa. Her academic interest lies in how language, literature, and technology intersect, a curiosity that began during her undergraduate studies in English Literature. Drawn to diverse languages and people, she explores how digital tools shape reading, interpretation, and communication.
